Pavilion Ecosystem
What is an Ecosystem?
A connected architecture through which people, enterprises, specialists, communities, institutions, and intelligent systems can contribute to the life of an Asset through a living system of relationships.
A new way of caring for the things that matter.
Pavilion Ecosystem is creating a new approach to the way we understand, create, own, use, and care for Assets throughout their lives.
Today, most Assets are managed in fragments. Design, finance, insurance, regulation, servicing, ownership, and stewardship are treated as separate activities, often involving different people, systems, and organisations. Information is lost between them, decisions are made in isolation, and the long-term consequences of those decisions are rarely visible.
Pavilion takes a different approach.
We see every recognised Asset as part of a living system of relationships built with intelligence and stewardship. A home, building, business, vehicle, vessel, personal possession, or other Asset is not simply a static object. It is dynamic. It has a history, a purpose, relationships, impacts, and a future.
Pavilion brings these elements together through Intelligent Asset Management. I am.
At the centre is the Asset Intelligence Profile. AIP — a living representation of an Asset that evolves as intelligence is gathered, decisions are made, and as the Asset changes throughout its lifecycle. The AIP creates a continuous record of what the Asset is, what is intended for it, how it is performing, and what may need to happen next. The AIP also connects the Asset to other Assets through one consistent architecture within the ecosystem framework. If an Asset has an AIP it will benefit from every other Asset in the Ecosystem, forming a symbiotic mutually beneficial relationship. This is the Ecosystem.
The Pavilion Ecosystem architecture is universal:
The Asset changes; the Management Asset architecture does not.
This means the same underlying approach can be applied to an Enterprise (business or organisation), a person, a home, a vehicle, a vessel or any other recognised Asset. Each has its own context, intelligence, and stewardship requirements, while sharing a common architecture.
Pavilion also recognises that three forms of intelligence exist:
Nature's Intelligence The Compass.
Human Intelligence The Mind.
Artificial Intelligence The Instrument.
Each contribute something different. Pavilion brings these forms of intelligence together to help Participants make better-informed decisions to steward their Assets over time.
This is not simply about managing Assets more efficiently. It is about changing the relationship we have with them.
Pavilion's objective is to support the transition from a Conventional Model — where Assets are created, consumed, maintained, and eventually discarded — toward a Regenerative Asset Model, where Assets are intentionally created - or transformed from existing, appreciated, stewarded, continually improved, and ultimately entrusted (transitioned) with their value, knowledge, and resources carried forward to the next Custodian.
The journey begins with a vision and intention.
Pavilion helps establish what the Asset is intended to become, how it can be created or improved, how its whole-of-life pathway can be understood, and how stewardship can continue as circumstances change over time. The I am. Plan gives the Asset it’s purpose and whole-of-life objective. The roadmap for Intelligent Asset Management.
Our ambition is simple:
“To make caring for our Assets intelligent, connected and regenerative - so what we create today can become more valuable, resilient and beneficial tomorrow.”
