  • Preliminary proposed Specifications Schedule - Recommended products

  • Outline of sustainability design initiatives

  • Confirm Project Team

  • Complete RC application, as required

Developed Design

Specifications and selection of appropriate materials, utilities, and functions.

Stages

  • DD1 Developed Design - Draft presentation for review

  • DD2 Developed Design - Final DD approved to proceed by client

  • Confirmed propsed specifications schedule

  • Confirmed sustainability design initiatives

  • Speciaslist design completed
